Prof. Dipak Kumar Bhattacharyya (PhD) is Ex-Professor of Human Resource Management at XIMB, Bhubaneswar. He has served as the Director of Centre for Management Education, AIMA, New Delhi as well as the Dean of the Indian Institute of Social Welfare and Business Management, Kolkata. He has also previously taught at IMT, Ghaziabad and ICFAI Business School. He is currently a Visiting Professor at XLRI, Jamshedpur, IMT, Ghaziabad, DMI, Patna, Firebird, Coimbatore, IIM, Ranchi, SRM, AP, and IIM, Kozhikode. Prof. Bhattacharyya is active in teaching, research, and consultancy in organizational restructuring and change management areas.
