Ajoy Joseph

Ajoy is among the new breed of management facilitators who are comfortable both on the virtual medium and face2face. He has seen in the thousands of young managers a sense of uncertainty and heightened stress. The result of this is poor decision making. Few, if any, have a workable understanding of the power of management. They get put off with the tomes of management literature and take away very little that they can use.
Ajoy is a graduate of Cleveland State University and has cut his teeth in the advertising world with O&M. He is the Managing Partner of B-More Consulting LLP.
