An MBA graduate from India’s Leading Central University (B.H.U) and PHD in Leadership and Spirituality from another of India’s highly acclaimed Savitri Bai Phule Pune University.
Author of International Repute. Published “Global Business Environment- Shifting Paradigms in the Fourth Industrial Revolution” By Sage. The Text Book being used in Universities in UK and the USA also.

Research Fellow at James Cook University’s Centre for Business and Trade in Asia (CITBA).
Presented papers in Yale University (USA) and the University of Birmingham (UK). Has also many publications in International Journals.

Conducts Faculty Development programs for S.P.P.U and other Training Sessions.
Follows an inter disciplinary approach and conducts classes in diverse subjects like Creativity and Innovation, Business Ethics and Corporate Governance, Financial Management and Business Communication.

Has conducted various MDP’s for Faculty and Staff of MIT-WPU on topics like : Emotional Resilience, Leadership 4.0, Professional Communication and Personal Branding.

Has also conducted a workshop for FICCI-flo ( Pune Chapter ) on the topic : Karma Cola and Friends.
Was part of working group on United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDG’S) Goal 5 on Gender Discrimination.

Research Interests include sustainability, leadership, business environment, spirituality, philosophy and culture studies.

Has a rich corporate and academic experience spanning two decades.
