Dr. Chandrahauns Chavan

Dr. Chandrahauns Chavan is a Senior Professor at Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, University of Mumbai. At the age of 38 he became the Director of the institute & leading for six years for two terms during (2006-09 & 2015-18). Almost eight years he was associated with Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Institute of company secretaries of India in the capacity of Assistant Director (Academics) & Joint Director. He started his career as a Lecturer in Business Management for MBA program under university of Pune. He is doctorate in Business Management and M. Phil, in Business Administration, He has 30 Years of experience in the field of Industry, Teaching, Research, Training and leading Management and professional institutions of repute. His research work is laudable, he has published around 156 research papers, written 8 books and accomplished good number of research projects, successfully guided 12 Ph D’s and many PG projects. He has received many awards and accolades for his contribution to management education and industry.
